Why yes, it is a very good day to be me.

Here’s the plan: finish my application to the NY City Council’s food and health policy internship, maybe do some class reading, then (if there’s time) stop by the Columbia Greenmarket for eggs on my race home to get my copy of Harold McGee’s book in the hopes of getting it autographed like the fangirl I am. (Seriously, On Food and Cooking was super-hugely helpful in writing my big vitamin C paper for Marion Nestle’s nutrition class last term… and just writing that sentence has made me more geekily happy than I really have words to express right now.)

Happy Thank You Thursday, everyone! I hope your days are going super-fabulously as well.
