I’m not allowed to blog the recipe in question, but I think it’s fair to say this much: I tested a Cook’s Illustrated recipe for pasta with roasted cauliflower, and really enjoyed both the cooking and its results. If you like the sound of that, or the look of the above pictures, keep an eye on the magazine; judging by other recipes they’ve sent me for testing, my guess is this one should go to print in the next few issues.

    ha, completely mis-read the last sentence as “the next few years”. Sometimes I wonder how I scored so well on the reading comprehension tests back in grade school.
