Instead of making excuses, I would like to direct everybody’s attention to La Fête du Fromage, or “the reason I finally got my act together and finished the Myzitrha post.” Mmm, cheese. Check it out!
In other news, I have been completely overrun with spam comments these past three or four days (I broke the “10,000 deleted comments” barrier today and my mind is BLOWN) which means I have been mass-deleting them and perhaps some legitimate comments in there, too, in which case I am very sorry. So. If you’ve commented here since last Friday (September 12), and your words have not appeared, I’m very sorry that they got caught in the crush. Please try again, and I’ll try to catch your message before it gets drowned in a flood of casino, porn, and pharmaceutical ads. Yeesh.
Coming up soon: lots and lots more blog event participation, since the Fête du Fromage was such a good motivator. I spent some quality time over at Is My Blog Burning? last night (okay, early this morning) and I’m working on an honest-to-monkeys editorial calendar. Also!
