This just in:

Hello Tracy- I really do apologize for not getting back
to you  sooner.  Amy Bentley forwarded me your email
while I was out of town, and it must have gotten buried
in my inbox.

We reviewed your application today and believe that you
would be a perfect fit with the master's food studies
program.  Please let me know if you are still interested,
and I if so, I will ask graduate admissions to send you an
acceptance letter.

I do hope that I will have an opportunity to work with you
in the fall.
