Posted by Tracy in : eugene,news,pictures,restaurants , trackbackSo this afternoon/evening after work I found myself walking home while talking on my cell phone (because it is NOT SAFE for me to talk and ride at the same time, oh no). I was making pretty good time until I passed this sign:
As always, click on the picture for the relevant Flickr page and larger images, but what you need to know is that the sign says “OPENING SOON Ratatouille Organic Vegetarian Bistro”. Well, well. At this point I found myself intrigued enough to stop and finish out the conversation there:
— that is, 1530 Willamette Street in Eugene — so I could use my extremely poor cell phone camera skills to make a note. So hey! New vegetarian restaurant coming to town! Advertises not just vegetarian but organic food, and a liquor license to boot! Here’s me hoping it’s a good one.
