Not-monkey not-Monday: spontaneous three-day weekend edition. 31 July 2007 8:56 pm
Posted by Tracy in : monkeys, garden, pictures, seasonality, Morning Glory, work, meta , 1 comment so farI worked a three-day weekend, covering a shift on Sunday, and then had dinner at Peter’s advisor’s house instead of writing anything for TracyFood last night. Sorry! However, while I’m still riding high on what I felt was a pretty successful themed series of entries last week, I’m now considering two possible themes for this week. (more…)
Friday fun! An(other) open letter to restaurant customers. 27 July 2007 11:57 am

(Note to self: plan big bad West Coast bike trip and schedule several days for eating our way through Orange County.) (more…)

Posted by Tracy in : reviews, work, news, restaurants , add a commentI discovered the Casing the Joint restaurant blog for San Diego’s The Linkery restaurant as a result of Jay’s post Market vs. Nature last month, which got some well-deserved love from other food geeks I read. Good stuff, and rummaging through the blog archive has been fun, too. In honor of Restaurant Week here at TracyFood, I would like to call your attention to a few Casing the Joint pieces in particular: (more…)
