- Did you know that arugula grows delicious flowers if given the chance to bolt all crazy-like? It’s true!
- Also, is Urban Farm the very best class ever? It just might be. My quest to join continues, but when I asked the prof about taking it summer term, she suggested that we could work around my missing the first two weeks because of the non-refundable plane tickets to Holland and all. So big yays for that!
