So back in September, Peter emailed me a link to a Paris Review article all about Ernest Hemingway’s taste in hamburgers, and an effort to recreate his recipe. “Would make good TracyFood,” read his note accompanying the link, and appropriately enough, this provoked my machismo, such as it is.
